I would like, is it permissible to work in a firm that provides IT Support to Hotels globally, where the IT support team is tasked for employees management and IT support?

Yes, it is permissible to work in such a firm, and the income will be permissible. Hotels merely provide accomadation, and you are not responsible for any wrong which the guests do beyond that.
