Haj Queries

08 Jun 2019 Ref-No#: 1860

Asalaamalaikum

We left India on 4th Aug 4 pm and reached our hotel in Makkah 5th Aug 00:00. Before leaving I had intention that 8th zil haj may be on 19th , so i thought we will stay 14 days (5-18)
I was praying Qasr when alone. After couple of days , I told my family that we should read Qasr as we are here for 14 days only as they were unaware of it
Then they became aware and started reading Qasar when alone till we were in makkah,Mina,Muzdalifa, arafat back to makkah. During haj, i got confused if we were reading correct or not as some stated you should count 15 nights
we were in Mina before Fajr on 19th
Makkah (5-18) Haj days (19-23), Makkah(23 evening-5th Sep), Alhmdullilah, we completed all arkans of Haj

1. Reading Qasar in all places when alone. Is it valid?
2. As my family was unaware that they should read Qasr and started reading Qasar after 2 days when I mentioned it to them . Is it correct?
3. As my family was reading full salah unknowingly for couple of days when alone, what is the ruling on it?
4. A person reading full salah and then after couple of days he/she comes to know he is musafir and should offer Qasar. He starts Offering Qasar but what about the earlier salah which he offered?
4. Ruling of reading 2 rakats salah and due to confusion reading again 4? Does first one offered will count as fardh and second 4 rakats which offered in confusion considered as nafl?
5. I was confused whether Qasar we were offering was correct or not or we should have prayed full. These thoughts were coming in my mind during Tawaf-e-ziyarah and pelting stones to devil. Will this cause any issue to Tawaf-e-ziyarah or stoning or even Haj?
6. Even after one year , these thoughts come to my mind if everything was correct or not, I know I did mistakes (like didnt plan better etc., which could have avoided confusion and are learning steps for me) for which I had and I am repenting to Allah SWT and asking for forgiveness. How can I avoid such negative thoughts coming to my mind and move ahead and stop blaming myself and believe Allah SWT is merciful?
