Differances between Christianity and Islam

1) Whilst there are a few similarities between Islam and Christianity (for example, both are monotheistic religions and both trace their legacy to Ebrahim/Abraham – peace and blessings upon him), there are numerous differences between the two religions. The greatest differance is in who we define as our lord, and what attributes did he have.
Muslims strictly believe that Allah is the supreme being, He had no son and He is totally independent. We believe that this is also what Jesus himself taught, as in John 17:3, 5:30, Mark 12:29, Deuteronomy 6:4 etc. Christains believe in the trinity, and that god had a son.
We believe that Jesus is a prophet, whereas most Christians believe that Jesus is God.
Muslims believe that Muhammad (peace and blessings on him) was the final messenger of God, whereas Christians do not believe in our Prophet.
Muslims believes that the Quraan is the final word of Allah, revealed to Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings upon him) and memorised by millions since the era of the last Prophet. Christains believe that the Bible is the final Word of their Lord. Muslims believe the Bible has been distorted and changed; and cannot understand how the Christains can hold onto the new testament, which was writted many years of Christ.
These are just some of the differances. Besides these, there are many more differances which are irreconcilable.
2) Yes, if the Christain boy becames a Muslim before the marriage, it will be permissible for him to marry a Muslim girl.
